As a host of the Girls Golf Experience presented by Zinus, you will have the great opportunity to introduce the girls in your area to golf by hosting this fun and engaging Energize themed clinic. 

Girls will get to experience golf through:

• Putting
• Chipping
• Full Swing
• Wind Down with Arts & Crafts

Please complete and submit the form below to register as an official LPGA*USGA Girls Golf Experience Day host. Once registered, you will receive all marketing and support materials. To register, applicants must be prospective or current LPGA*USGA Girls Golf Sites.

Please share your photos of the event by emailing info@lpgafoundation.org. We are specifically looking for photos that have the Zinus logo from your kit that you will receive. In addition, please tag us in your photos on social media and we’ll share on our social channels. Use tags #lpgausgagirlsgolf and #energize! We are excited to see all of your photos!

The "Experience Day" hosts will receive Girls Golf logo memorabilia as participant gifts to be used as prizes.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully.  By submitting this registration, Host is agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of hosting a Girls Golf Experience Clinic.

Clinic Standards

Host acknowledges and confirms that s(he) is an LPGA/PGA professional, The First Tee certified coach, and/or an LPGA-USGA Girls Golf Site Director. Host understands that her/his clinic will be named and advertised as Girls Golf Experience, or such other name as designated by the LPGA Foundation. Host will be responsible for establishing and overseeing all aspects of the clinic(s), including compliance with the LPGA Foundation’s policies and procedures and other clinic requirements. 

Release

Host agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Ladies Professional Golf Association, the LPGA Foundation, the United State Golf Association, their affiliated and related companies and its and their respective, directors, officers, employees, members, sponsors, volunteers or designees (“Releasees”) from and against any and all liability that may incur due to Host’s acts or omissions as a Clinic Host.

Media Rights

Host hereby grants permission throughout the universe in perpetuity to Releasees to utilize Host’s name, likeness, image, voice, and/or words incidental to any pictures, television, radio, videotapes, recordings, film, the Internet, or any other form or medium now known or hereinafter devised without compensation, payment of royalties, notification, or permission. Host further understands and irrevocably agrees that (1) these materials will become the property of Releasees and will not be returned to me; (2) Releasees may edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute photos for purposes of publicizing or promoting Releasees, its programs, or for any other lawful purpose; and (3) Host waives any right to inspect or approve Releasees’ use of Host’s likeness, image, voice, and/or words.

Miscellaneous

Host acknowledges that this registration constitutes a legal, valid and binding obligation enforceable against Host in accordance with its respective terms and conditions.  If any part of these terms shall be held unenforceable for any reason, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect. Florida law shall govern any and all disputes involving the Releasees.  Furthermore, in the event that a dispute arises out of or relates to Host’s operation or involvement in the Clinic, Host hereby agrees to settle such dispute by binding arbitration which shall be held in Daytona Beach, Volusia County, Florida, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. A judgment rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final and non-appealable, and may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
